1. Who we are
Bebemobil is operated by BUUME Bilişim Teknoloji Reklamcılık A.Ş.. The service is designed for adult parents and caregivers who organize information concerning a baby or child.
2. Adult account holder
The account holder is an adult parent or caregiver. Bebemobil is not directed to children and children do not create their own Bebemobil accounts.
3. Information we may process
- account and contact information;
- baby profile information such as name, birth date, sex and optional photo;
- feeding, sleep, diaper, bath and routine records;
- temperature, medicine, vaccination, doctor visit and growth records;
- notes, reminders and history;
- family and caregiver access information;
- device, notification and technical information;
- subscription and entitlement information.
4. Sensitive information
Some information entered into Bebemobil may concern health or otherwise sensitive information. Baby and health-related information is handled with heightened care.
Bebemobil does not sell baby or health-related information and does not use such information for targeted advertising.
5. Purposes
We process information to provide requested features, maintain accounts, store and synchronize records where applicable, provide reminders and summaries, manage subscriptions, maintain security, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
6. Legal basis
The applicable legal basis depends on the user's jurisdiction and the processing activity. It may include performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent or another basis permitted under applicable law.
7. Service providers
Bebemobil may use infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, including Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple and technical hosting or notification providers.
8. International transfers
Service providers may process information outside the user's country. Where required, appropriate legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards are used.
9. Retention
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Bebemobil, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and obtain a portable copy of certain information.
